These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NUURBY Technologies' platform, including our web dashboard, Chrome extension, and Network Agent (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
NUURBY provides AI-assisted phishing detection, vulnerability management, real-time threat detection, incident response tooling, zero-trust policy management, and compliance reporting, delivered as a subscription service.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You're responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis via Stripe, at the rates shown on our pricing page at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel anytime through your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not provide prorated refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
New accounts receive a free trial period as stated at signup. No payment method is required to start a trial. If you don't subscribe before the trial ends, access to paid features will be paused until you do.
You may only use NUURBY's scanning features — OT/ICS discovery, cloud asset discovery, the Network Agent — against networks, systems, and cloud accounts you own or have explicit, documented authorization to assess. Using NUURBY to scan, probe, or assess any system without proper authorization is a violation of these Terms and may violate the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act or similar laws in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining that authorization.
You may not use the Service to: violate any law; attempt to gain unauthorized access to NUURBY's own systems or other customers' data; interfere with the Service's operation; or resell or white-label the Service without a separate written agreement with us.
You retain all ownership rights to the security data generated by your use of the Service (vulnerability findings, asset inventories, alerts, etc.). You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the Service to you. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle it.
NUURBY and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NUURBY Technologies and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our name, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." NUURBY is one layer of defense among many you should maintain — we do not guarantee that use of the Service will detect, prevent, or stop all security threats, vulnerabilities, or phishing attempts. No security tool, including ours, can promise complete protection.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NUURBY Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, particularly the authorized-scanning requirement in Section 4. You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
